引导在小学语文课堂上应当无处不在,学生的学习方法的掌握、认知规律的养成以及良好学习习惯的形成,这些都是在教师正确有效的引导下产生的。某种程度上,教师对于学生的有效引导就是学生不断进步提升的最大动力,因此,教师一定要充分发挥引导对于学生正面的激励效果。小学生的认知能力还较为有限,知识积累也不多,因此,这个阶段教师在给予学生学习引导时方法一定要合适。教师要结合学生基本的认知规律,以学生容易理解
