实践证明,职业教育经济效能高于普通教育,是和经济发展联系最紧密的教育。但目前民众对职业教育的态度却十分冷淡,究其原因有四点,分别是制度上的偏颇和观念上的偏见、教育选拔形式和人才培养方式单一、职教教师供给不足、职教毕业生难以获得深造机会。针对这四大问题,文章依次提出相应的职业教育改革思路。
Practice has proved that the economic efficiency of vocational education is higher than that of general education and is the most closely linked education to economic development. But at present, people’s attitudes toward vocational education are very cold. There are four reasons for this: the systematic bias and the prejudice on the concept, the single form of education selection and personnel training, the insufficient supply of vocational teachers, the shortage of vocational education graduates Difficult to obtain further education opportunities. In response to these four major issues, the article put forward the corresponding vocational education reform ideas.
