目的:探讨分析益胃合剂结合西药治疗肝胃不和型急性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年10月-2013年12月收治的120例肝胃不和型急性胃炎患者为研究对象,将其随机平均分成两组,对照组60例患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组60例患者在常规西药基础上结合益胃合剂治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.7%,对照组患者总有效率为80.0%,观察组患者临床效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:益胃合剂结合西药治疗肝胃不和型急性胃炎的临床疗效较显著,其能有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiwei Mixture combined with western medicine in the treatment of hepatic and gastric incompetent acute gastritis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with acute gastritis with hepatomegaly incompatibility admitted from October 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Sixty patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine. The observation group Sixty patients were treated with Yishe Mixture on the basis of routine western medicine, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results: The total effective rate of clinical observation was 96.7% in observation group and 80.0% in control group. The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group (p <0.05). Conclusion: Yiwei mixture combined with Western medicine in the treatment of liver and stomach with acute gastritis clinical efficacy is more significant, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve patient quality of life, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
