有时在培训课程中,被学员问到,郝老师你能不能概括地说说,管理到底是什么?每次被问到最基本的问题时,我总是最挠头的,有伟人说过:给万物命名是最难的。你能告诉我什么是文化吗?你能告诉我什么是人吗?真是个难题。何况是人人都可以说上几句,没有标准答案的管理。这些都是台湾讲师搞的,他们上课首先介绍自己,再讲一些概念和定义,然后讲培训的意义,最后才是真正的操作的办法。所以学员动不动就想知道定义,可是这些定义你不讲学员还明白,你越讲学员越糊涂!我们又不是大学教授,学员又不是学生,讲那么多定义有意义吗?
