Overview At present, a wide range of simultaneous lobe method to automatically track the target. This article discusses only the amplitude comparison of the same type of lobe mode (multi-mode automatic tracking mode and four-feed automatic tracking mode) antenna characteristics. In this paper, the circular parabolic reflector and circular horn feed antenna are taken as an example to derive the expressions of the aperture efficiency and the slope of the difference pattern. The tracking performances of multimode and quad feed antennas are compared.
