主要研究基于直接转矩控制(DTC)的采煤机变频调速技术。为了进一步提升交流牵引采煤机的调速性能,以采煤机及其变频调速功能需求以及现代煤矿机电交流变频调速技术作为切入点,从直接转矩控制变频调速系统结构、磁链与转矩观测、磁链与转矩的变频调节、定子电压空间矢量选取等方面对基于DTC变频技术的采煤机调速系统展开分析研究。最后采用Matlab仿真软件对直接转矩变频方案进行全面的性能分析,并提出了相应的优化措施。
The main research is based on the direct torque control (DTC) shearer frequency control technology. In order to further improve the speed regulation performance of AC traction shearer, based on the demand of shearer and its frequency conversion speed regulation and the modern M & E AC variable frequency speed regulation technology, the structure of direct torque control variable frequency speed regulation system, And torque observation, flux and torque frequency regulation, the stator voltage space vector selection and other aspects of DTC frequency conversion technology based on the shearer speed control system analysis and research. Finally, using Matlab simulation software to conduct a comprehensive performance analysis of the direct torque inverter program, and put forward the corresponding optimization measures.
