总股本5047.8万股的新浪,长期以来股权分散。在前十大机构投资者中,仅有三家股权比例超过5%,分别为资产研究管理公司8.39%、Axa 5.8%、美国世纪投资管理公司5.26%;前十大共同基金投资者中只有前两家持股比例超过5%,分别为AmericanCentury Ultra 5.23%、美国成长基金公司5.06%。十家机构投资者和十家共同基金投资者合计持股63%。目前新浪的董事会由9人组成,姜丰年(华渊)、段永基(四通)为联席董事长,汪延、陈丕宏、陈晓涛(四通)、陈立武(华登国际)、曹德丰、张颂义(摩根史丹利)、张懿宸(香港中信泰富集团)为董事
