观察了33个果梅品种和7种花梅类型的花粉数量萌芽率及不同温度对花粉萌芽率的影响。结果表明品种间花粉量有显著差异,且同一品种在不同年份也有不同;在0~20℃之间,花粉萌芽率随温度升高而直线上升;不同花质的花粉萌芽率无显著差异。 对7个果梅品种花药及雌蕊游离脯氨酸含量的分析表明,花药中显著高于雌蕊,花药中游离脯氨酸含量与花粉萌芽率呈显著正相关。
The effects of germination percentage and pollen germination rate of 33 plum varieties and 7 plum varieties were observed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the amount of pollen among cultivars, and the same cultivars also differed in different years. The germination rate of pollen rose linearly with the increase of temperature at 0 ~ 20 ℃. The pollen germination rate of different flowers had no significant difference. The analysis of free proline content in anther and pistil of seven varieties of Prunus mume showed that the content of free proline in the anther was significantly higher than that of the pistil and the pollen germination rate was positively correlated.
