目的对儿科门诊处方进行评价分析,以了解我院儿科用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法抽取我院2008年7月～2008年12月儿科门诊处方3948张,采用回顾性分析的方法进行分类统计和综合评估。结果使用处方的患儿平均年龄3.16岁,平均药费70.95元,平均用药3.67种,注射剂使用率53.72%,抗菌药物使用率68.31%,抗菌药物联合抗病毒药物使用率16.05%。结论处方用药基本合理,但还存在一些问题,药师应真正肩负起审查核对处方的职责,为促进合理用药发挥应有的作用。
Objective To evaluate the pediatric outpatient prescriptions to understand the pediatric medication situation in our hospital and promote the rational use of clinical medicine. Methods A total of 3948 pediatric outpatient prescriptions were collected from July 2008 to December 2008 in our hospital. The retrospective analysis methods were used for classification and comprehensive evaluation. Results The average age of the patients who used the prescription was 3.16 years old, the average cost was 70.95 yuan, the average medication was 3.67 kinds, the injection rate was 53.72%, the antibiotic usage rate was 68.31% and the antimicrobial drug usage rate was 16.05%. Conclusion The prescription medication is basically reasonable, but there are still some problems. The pharmacist should really take the responsibility of reviewing and verifying the prescription and playing its due role in promoting rational drug use.
