目的评价不同配比头孢他啶/三唑巴坦(CAZ/TAZ)的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂平皿二倍稀释法测定不同配比CAZ/TAZ对692株临床分离致病菌的MIC。结果不同配比CAZ/TAZ(1:1、2:1、4:1、8:1)对692株临床分离菌均有广谱抗菌作用,CAZ/TAZ1:1、2:1、4:1的抗菌活性相近,稍强于CAZ/TAZ8:1。不同配比CAZ/TAZ对产β-内酰胺酶的金葡菌、表葡菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、醋酸钙不动杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、产气肠杆菌、粘质沙雷菌,以及产ESBLs大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、醋酸钙不动杆菌的抗菌活性比CAZ强2~8倍,但对产酶的铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌活性与CAZ相近。CAZ/TAZ对不产β-内酰胺酶的金葡菌、表葡菌、铜绿假单胞菌、化脓链球菌、肺炎链球菌的抗菌活性与CAZ相近。CAZ/TAZ对MRSA、MRSE、粪肠球菌的抗菌活性差。结论不同配比CAZ/TAZ均有较强的体外抗菌活性,CAZ/TAZ1:1、2:1、4:1的抗菌活性相近,稍优于CAZ/TAZ8:1,TAZ增强了CAZ抗产β-内酰胺酶细菌的活性。
Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of ceftazidime / tazobactam (CAZ / TAZ) in vitro. Methods The MICs of 692 clinically isolated pathogens with different ratios of CAZ / TAZ were determined by two-fold agar dilution. Results The antibacterial activity of CAZ / TAZ (1: 1, 2: 1, 4: 1, 8: 1) The antibacterial activity is similar, slightly stronger than CAZ / TAZ8: 1. Different ratios of CAZ / TAZ to Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Serratia marcescens, ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter calcoaceticus were 2 to 8 times stronger than CAZ, but their antibacterial activity against CA-producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa was similar . CAZ / TAZ did not produce β-lactamase Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae antibacterial activity and CAZ similar. CAZ / TAZ MRSA, MRSE, Enterococcus faecalis antibacterial activity is poor. Conclusion CAZ / TAZ with different ratio has strong antibacterial activity in vitro. The antibacterial activity of CAZ / TAZ1: 1, 2: 1, 4: 1 is similar to that of CAZ / TAZ8: 1, - Lactamase bacteria activity.
