钻井液剪切稀释性直接影响钻井液的带砂、携屑能力和高压喷射钻井效率。前人已把τo/ηs、τc卡/η∞、n分别作为钻井液在宾厄姆、卡森、幂律流变模式下剪切稀释性的表征,并在石油钻井工程中作为“评价”指标。文中采用了比面积法来表征钻井液剪切稀释性,并与“评价”指标进行了对比分析。结果表明,该法简单、可靠、易求,物理意义明确,适合不同流变模式下钻井液剪切稀释性评价,且与宾厄姆动塑比(τo/ηs)、卡森动切力/极限粘度比(τc卡/η∞)、幂律流性指数(n)的表述一致,证实了用τo/ηs、τc卡/η∞、n来评价钻井液剪切稀释性的正确性。
Shear Dilution Shear directly affects the sand content of drilling fluid, the ability to carry debris, and the efficiency of high-pressure jet drilling. Previously, τo / ηs, τc card / η∞, n have been used as drilling fluid dilution in the Bingham, Carson, power law rheological characterization and oil drilling project as an “evaluation” index. In this paper, the specific area method was used to characterize the shear dilution of drilling fluid, and compared with “evaluation” index. The results show that this method is simple, reliable, easy to seek, and has definite physical meaning. It is suitable for the evaluation of shear dilution of drilling fluid in different rheological modes. The results are in good agreement with Bingham’s dynamic plastic ratio (τo / ηs) The relationship between the ultimate viscosity ratio (τc card / η∞) and the power law flow index (n) is consistent, confirming the correctness of the shear dilution of drilling fluid by τo / ηs, τc card / η∞, n.
