通过对被加热输油管道外壁腐蚀物的X射线衍射、SEM二次电子形貌观察、波谱及化学分析,研究了其物相组成。元素构成及微观形貌,探讨了其腐蚀机理,主要是硫引起的硫酸露点腐蚀,并据此提出了降低或避免腐蚀的措施。
The phase composition of the corrosion products on the outer wall of the pipeline was studied by X-ray diffraction, SEM secondary electron morphology observation, spectroscopy and chemical analysis. Elemental composition and microstructure, and discussed its corrosion mechanism, mainly sulfuric acid dew point corrosion, and accordingly proposed measures to reduce or avoid corrosion.
