目的了解手术室护士工作中的主要压力源,探讨减轻手术室护士压力的对策。方法采用问卷调查法对80名手术室护士进行调查。结果手术室护士工作压力源按其严重程度依次为:工作负荷、管理因素、角色压力、职业暴露、护理文件书写不规范、护士自身因素。结论手术室护士压力较大,建议针对不同的压力源采取相应的措施,以减轻压力,提高护理质量。
Objective To understand the main stressors in the operating room nurses and to explore ways to reduce the pressure on the operating room nurses. Methods 80 operating room nurses were surveyed by questionnaire. Results The operating stressors of operating room nurses were classified according to their severity: workload, management factor, role pressure, occupational exposure, non-standard nursing document writing and nurses’ own factors. Conclusion The operating room nurses are under great pressure. It is suggested that measures should be taken for different pressure sources to relieve the pressure and improve the quality of nursing.
