[目的]观察益气消征方联合对症支持治疗改善晚期非小细胞肺癌生患者存质量疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按信封方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例对症支持治疗。治疗组30例益气消征方,2次/d,150m L/次,口服;支持治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、无进展生存期、生存质量、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]生存质量评分治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),无进展生存期治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气消征方治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Xiezheng combined with symptomatic supportive therapy on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. [Method] Using randomized parallel control method, 60 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the envelope method. Control group, 30 cases of symptomatic supportive treatment. In the treatment group, 30 cases were treated with qi deficiency and expelling side, 2 times / d, 150m L / time, and were given the same treatment as the control group. Continuous treatment 14d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, progression-free survival, quality of life, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The quality of life score was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.01), and the progression-free survival group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Yiqi Xiaozheng Decoction can treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer with satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
