论述了国内外谷物干燥机的研究与发展过程、发展现状与新技术的应用;分析了干燥机械的需求及应用前景。谷物干燥是谷物收获后的一个重要环节,干燥设备是农业机械化的重要组成部分。传统的场院晾晒粮食干燥方法,受气候影响大,易造成发芽霉变。据农业部门统计,全国每年由于干燥不及时造成霉变损失的谷物达数十亿千克,约占全国每年粮食总产量的1.5%~3%。在霉雨季节较长的南方省份,每年粮食霉烂损失高达10%左右,可见谷物干燥是一个不可忽视的问题。
The research and development process, current situation and application of new technology of grain dryer at home and abroad are expounded. The demand and application prospect of dry machine are analyzed. Grain drying is an important part of grain harvesting. Drying equipment is an important part of agricultural mechanization. Drying the traditional yard dry food, affected by the climate, easy to cause germination mildew. According to the statistics of the agricultural sector, billions of kilograms of mildew-causing grains are not produced annually due to lack of drying in the country, accounting for 1.5% -3% of the total grain output in the whole country each year. In the southern province where the moldy rain season is relatively long, the annual loss of grain rot is as high as about 10%. It can be seen that grain drying is a problem that can not be ignored.
