病例介绍例1:输精管结扎术后12年,因故要求生育,于1976年12月在某医院作输精管吻合术,术后未见精子;1977年12月在我院作吻合术仍未成功,乃于1978年4月24日于我院在手术显微镜下作双侧输精管吻合术。术后6个月来信,爱人已怀孕3个月。例2:作输精管结扎已12年,1973年2月在我院作输精管吻合术,术后未见精子。1978年4月在手术显微镜下作双侧输精管吻合术。5个月后复查精液,见精子满视野。例3:绝育术后14年,因双侧附睾郁积于1965年在某院作输精管吻合术,术后未见精子,最近2年来附睾郁积明显,局部胀痛,药物治疗无效而于1978年1月28日入院。在手术显微镜下作双侧输精管吻合术,术中可见近端输精
