中职学校的德育教育就是对学生进行思想、法律、政治、心理健康等多方面的人格教育,旨在帮助学生确立自身的现代人格,以适应现代社会的快速发展。当前,我国大多数中职生存在着思想道德理念的价值取向与现代社会发展不相适应的现象,因此,迫切需要德育教育对其人格进行塑造,使中职生塑造出符合现代社会发展需要的现代人格,以更好地发挥自身的职业技能优势。
Moral education in secondary vocational schools is to carry out personality education on many aspects such as ideology, law, politics, mental health and so on. The aim is to help students to establish their own modern personality and adapt to the rapid development of modern society. At present, most secondary vocational students in China live in the phenomenon that the value orientation of ideological and moral ideas does not fit the development of modern society. Therefore, moral education is urgently needed to shape their personalities so that secondary vocational students can create a model that meets the needs of the development of modern society Modern personality, in order to better play their own vocational skills.
