近年来随着职业教育的不断发展,职业教育制度不断完善,职业教育体系不断扩大化,人才培养质量不断提高,职业教育成为教育领域中综合改革的一项亮点。现代化的职业教育越来越多的被更多地人们所认可,在这样一种前提下,作为现在职业教育的主力军青年教师,如何凸显他们的重要性,如何发展青年教师教育素养如何提高,职业技能如何培养、职业生涯如何规划,将是本文重点探究的问题。
In recent years, with the continuous development of vocational education, the continuous improvement of the system of vocational education, the continual expansion of the system of vocational education, and the continuous improvement of the quality of personnel training have made vocational education a highlight of the comprehensive reform in education. More and more modern vocational education is recognized by more people.
