采用子宫下段横切口单层连续缝合法施行剖宫产术460例,术后均恢复良好,无1例发生早、晚期子宫出血及切口裂开、感染,其中有37例经再次剖宫产术证实原子宫切口愈合良好,可见剖富产子宫下段横切口采用单层连续缝合是可行的。剖宫产子宫下段横切口单层缝合,其切口对合整齐,局部组织不重叠、增厚,对血液循环影响较小,并可减轻局部组织的创伤及缝线对组织的刺激作用,有利于切口的愈合
460 cases of cesarean section were performed by continuous suturing of the lower uterine transverse incision. All patients recovered well after operation.
