1.病例介绍 患者男性,45岁。因上腹部不适半年余,做胃镜取活检,病理诊断为:(贲门部)高分化腺癌。在其它医院做根治手术,具体病检不详。 患者术后8月余,自觉阴囊处有下坠感,且逐渐加重,来我院外科检查,触诊不满意,决定施行左侧睾九加固有膜切除术。 2.肉眼所见 送检左侧睾丸加固有膜标本一个,总体积4×3×2厘米,睾丸3×3×1.6厘米。鞘膜腔内含大量淡黄色
1. Case presentation Male patient, 45 years old. Due to discomfort in the upper abdomen for more than six months, a gastroscope biopsy was performed. The pathological diagnosis was: (Cardiac) well-differentiated adenocarcinoma. In other hospitals for radical surgery, the specific pathological examination is unknown. More than 8 months after the operation, the conscious scrotum was found to have a falling sensation and gradually worsened. The surgical examination was performed in our hospital. Palpation was not satisfactory and it was decided that the left side of the scrotum was reinforced with membrane resection. 2.
