目的观察阿德福韦酯(代丁)联合安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化的疗效。方法随机选择100例慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,分两组接受治疗,治疗组应用阿德福韦酯(代丁)联合安络化纤丸治疗,对照组应用阿福韦酯(代丁)单一治疗。结果治疗组改善症状及肝功能指标方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),在HBV-DNA阴转率方面与对照组大致相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯(代丁)联合安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效确切;安络化纤丸能很好改善肝功能,缓解临床症状,但抗乙肝病毒方面作用不明显。
Objective To observe the curative effect of adefovir dipivoxil (Ding) combined with Anlu Huaxian pill in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B were enrolled in this study. Patients in the treatment group were treated with adefovir dipivoxil (DingDing) in combination with Anluo Huaxian Pill. The control group was treated with adefovir dipivoxil treatment. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms and liver function (P <0.05), and the HBV-DNA negative conversion rate was similar to that of the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusions Adefovir dipivoxil combined with Anluo Huaxian Wan is effective in treating chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis. Anluo Huaxian pill can improve liver function and relieve clinical symptoms, but its effect is not obvious in anti-hepatitis B virus.
