鲎试验是利用鲎试剂(即鲎血变形细胞溶解物)与微量细胞内毒素发生凝胶反应,从而检测内毒素的一种实验技术,该法具有快速、灵敏、简便等优点。所以国内外已广泛用于注射药物、生物制品、卫生检验的热原检查,1980年版美国药典已收载鲎试验为内毒素检查方法之一。国内有关鲎试验研究和使用的报道已有很多,目前常用的检测方法
