广东省人社厅近日下发文件,要求切实保障广东省元旦、春节期间异地务工人员工资报酬权益,提高欠薪案件处理速度和质量。具体措施包括:一是鼓励和解、强化调解。建立调解工作指导评价和情况互通机制。推行调解建议书制度,引导当事人就近就地到基层调解组织调解争议。加强调裁衔接,积极开展委托调解和调解协议仲裁审查确认工作,提升调解协议的权威性和执行力。对确实无法调解的工资争议,要及时启动仲裁程序。
Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Office of Social Affairs issued a document demanding the effective protection of the remuneration and remuneration rights of migrant workers during the New Year’s Day and the Spring Festival in Guangdong Province so as to improve the handling speed and quality of cases of wage arrears. Specific measures include: First, encourage reconciliation and strengthen mediation. Establish guidance and evaluation of mediation and exchange of information with each other. Strengthen the coordination of arbitration, and actively carry out the arbitration review and confirmation work of entrusted mediation and mediation agreements so as to enhance the authority and enforcement power of the mediation agreement. On wage disputes that can not be mediated, we must promptly start the arbitration proceedings.
