目的:剖析医患沟通在妇科手术中的重要作用。方法:通过入院沟通、术前沟通、术程陪伴、术后指导等环节,来减轻患者思想负担、消除恐惧感。平稳度过围手术期。结果:患者自诉归属感增强、疼痛感减轻、全身异常反应少。平稳度过围手术期。讨论:医患沟通在妇科手术中应用可以住院日缩短,住院费减少,患者满意度大幅度提高。
Objective: To analyze the important role of doctor-patient communication in gynecological surgery. Methods: Through hospital admission and communication, preoperative communication, procedural companion, postoperative guidance and other links, to reduce the patient’s mental burden and eliminate fear. Smooth perioperative period. Results: Patient self-prosecution increased sense of belonging, relieve pain, systemic abnormal response less. Smooth perioperative period. Discussion: The application of doctor-patient communication in gynecological surgery can be shortened in hospital days, reduced hospitalization, patient satisfaction increased significantly.
