1984年我公司在洛阳市承建一栋五层住宅楼和一栋八层办公楼,工程地基均采用灰土桩加固,施工完后检查发现住宅楼灰土桩较普遍地存在夹层、松散、不密实、漏灌等情况,造成返工,损失返工,损失达6千余元,影响工期50天。经抽查,办公楼桩基亦有12.1%桩不够密实,后采取卸荷、结构加固等措施处
In 1984, our company undertook the construction of a five-story residential building and an eight-story office building in Luoyang City. The foundations of the project were all reinforced with lime soil piles. After the construction inspection, it was found that the ash soil piles of residential buildings were more commonly sandwiched, loose, and not dense. Leakage irrigation and other circumstances, resulting in rework, loss of rework, loss of more than 6,000 yuan, affecting the duration of 50 days. After random inspections, 12.1% piles of office building piles were not dense enough, and measures such as unloading and structural reinforcement were taken after the site.
