目的:研究叶菜型甘薯蔓尖黄酮类化合物含量在不同品种、部位和采收期的变化。方法:在全国叶菜型甘薯新品种区域试验重庆点,测定和分析莆薯53、广菜薯2号和福薯7-63个品种蔓尖的叶片、叶柄和茎3个部位在6个采收时期的黄酮类化合物含量及其变化。结果:莆薯53、广菜薯2号和福薯7-6蔓尖黄酮类化合物质量分数在采收期间的变化分别介于9.60~19.98,12.93~25.08,9.33~25.16mg.g-1,品种之间有显著差异;3个品种叶片的平均质量分数在采收期间的变化为3.66~11.09mg.g-1,显著高于茎(4.03~7.79mg.g-1),茎显著高于叶柄(2.20~5.26mg.g-1);采收前期蔓尖黄酮类化合物含量显著高于采收后期。结论:在叶菜型甘薯的品种选育、栽培和产业化等过程中应充分考虑其蔓尖黄酮类化合物含量在不同的品种、不同的部位和不同的采收时期的显著差异。
Objective: To study the changes of flavonoids content in different varieties, parts and harvested period of sweetpotato. Methods: Leaf spot, stems and stems of three varieties of sweetpotato variety PuZhu 53, GuangcaiTu No.2 and FuShi were tested and analyzed in the regional test of the new variety of leafy - The content of flavonoids and its changes during harvest. Results: The changes of the mass fractions of Pu-wen 53, Guang-ca-potato 2 and Fu-shun 7-6 in the recovery period were 9.60 ~ 19.98, 12.93 ~ 25.08 and 9.33 ~ 25.16mg.g- There was a significant difference among the cultivars. The average leaf mass fraction of three cultivars varied from 3.66 to 11.09 mg.g-1 during harvest, significantly higher than that of stems (4.03-7.79 mg.g-1) Petiole (2.20 ~ 5.26mg.g-1). The contents of spiked flavonoids in the early harvesting stage were significantly higher than those in the late harvesting stage. Conclusion: In the process of variety selection, cultivation and industrialization of leafy sweet potato varieties, the significant differences of flavonoids content in different varieties, different parts and different harvesting periods should be fully considered.
