本文详细论述了铬盐及其副产物固体铬渣和含铬芒硝中六价铬的毒害,剖析了掺含铬盐混凝土外加剂生产施工应用中的二次污染,提出了铬渣和含铬芒硝无毒化治理的有效可靠的方法。作者认为掺合含铬混凝土外加剂必须综合考虑环境效益、经济效益和社会效益,而首先考虑的是环境效益,未经解毒的铬渣或含铬芒硝外加剂不宜推广、生产和应用。
In this paper, the toxicities of Cr(VI) and its by-products, solid chromium residue and Cr(VI) in Glauber’s salt were discussed in detail. The secondary pollution in the application of chromium-salt concrete admixtures was analyzed, and the chromium residue and chromium-containing Glauber salt were proposed. Non-toxic treatment is an effective and reliable method. The author believes that the blended chromium-containing concrete admixture must be comprehensively considered environmental, economic and social benefits, and the first consideration is the environmental benefits, non-detoxified chromium slag or chromium-containing Glaubers admixture should not be promoted, production and application.
