利用地理信息系统同模糊数学和层次分析法相结合的研究方法,对中国宜农荒地区的旱灾发生程度和旱灾抗御潜力进行综合评价,评定出了宜农荒地的旱灾风险等级。主要结论为中国宜农荒地的面积大,但地区分布极不均衡,旱灾风险为中等偏高;中北、东北、西南、青藏和新疆的宜农荒地的面积较大,是我国未来宜农荒地开发的重点区域。指出在宜农荒地资源综合开发中应因地制宜的实施农田水利基础建设、推广节水灌溉、等高工程建设和地膜覆盖保墒等旱灾防御和抗御措施;并提出了发展水果、果用瓜、油料作物、小杂粮、青饲料和人工草地的宜农荒地资源开发战略。
Using the combination of geographic information system (GIS) and fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper makes a comprehensive assessment of the degree of drought occurrence and the potential of drought resistance in the suitable agricultural and non-agricultural areas of China, and evaluates the drought risk level of suitable agricultural and non-agricultural land.
