通过建立以MC68HC11A1单片机为主控CPU的双闭环控制系统,采用IGBT逆变式弧焊电源,实现了波控CO2焊接方法的一元化调节及恒频短路过渡。实验结果表明:该系统焊接过程稳定、焊缝成型美观、飞溅小,同一直径焊丝适用的焊接电源范围宽,且抗干扰能力强,具有实际推广应用价值
Through the establishment of a dual closed-loop control system with MC68HC11A1 MCU as the main control CPU, IGBT inverter arc welding power supply is adopted to realize the monolithic regulation and constant frequency short-circuit transition of the wave-controlled CO2 welding method. The experimental results show that the welding process of the system is stable, the welding seam is beautiful, the spatter is small, the scope of the welding power source for the same diameter welding wire is wide, and the anti-interference ability is strong, which has practical application value
