目的:分析呼吸系统反复感染患儿的临床治疗体会。方法:将80例呼吸系统反复感染患儿分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上采取转移因子加葡萄糖酸锌治疗。结果:治疗组治疗效果高于对照组,症状改善时间及住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗呼吸系统反复感染的同时联合使用转移因子加葡萄糖酸锌,具有显著的治疗效果,并可降低反复率。
Objective: To analyze the clinical experience of children with recurrent respiratory infections. Methods: Eighty patients with recurrent respiratory infections were divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The treatment group was treated with transfer factor plus zinc gluconate on the basis of routine treatment in the control group. Results: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the symptom improvement time and hospitalization time were less than those of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: In combination with the use of transfer factor plus zinc gluconate in routine treatment of recurrent respiratory infections, it has a significant therapeutic effect and reduces repetition rates.
