(一)我国的科技情报队伍状况我国的科技情报系统,从1965年开始建设以来,经过近三十年的努力,已经初具规模。全国的专职科技情报人员有6万人,加上兼职科技情报人员共10万人。目前国务院各部委局和各省市自治区的科技情报所共有七十二个。地市的科技情报所有二百多个。冶金系统设有情报所(科、室、组)的单位近400个。国务院各部门组织的全国性专业情报网有六百多个,由地方组织的专业情报网有近三千个。
(I) Status of China’s S & T Intelligence Troops China’s S & T intelligence system has begun to take shape after nearly 30 years of hard work since its establishment in 1965. There are 60,000 full-time technical intelligence officers nationwide, plus a total of 100,000 technical and intelligence personnel serving part-time. At present, there are seventy-two science and technology intelligence offices under the ministries and commissions under the State Council and provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. City science and technology intelligence all more than 200. There are nearly 400 units in the metallurgical system with information offices (sections, rooms and groups). There are over 600 national professional intelligence networks organized by various departments under the State Council, and nearly 3,000 are provided by local professional intelligence networks.
