目的 测量人体下肢受气流吹袭时的外展力矩,探讨TY-5、TY-6型座椅限腿带约束系统防气流吹袭的效果。方法 用TY-5、TY-6型座椅限腿带约束受试者下肢,固定上体,用绳索向外展方向拉受试者小腿,模拟气流吹袭引起下肢外展的效果,以感到疼痛为终止点,共测量24例。结果 主诉疼痛时,受试者的下肢所耐受的外展力矩为41.2~128.2Nm。左、右下肢耐受的外展力矩均值分别为81.4Nm和86.5Nm。结论 最大力距产生于限腿带约束处,约束点少而集中,飞行员易受损伤。应去掉TY-5、TY-6型座椅腿箍上的金属部件,用柔软的部件代替。腿箍也最好用软皮革制做。
Objective To measure the outreach moment when the lower extremity of the human body is attacked by the air flow, and to study the effect of Typhoon TY-5 and TY-6 restraining system against airflow restraint system. Methods The lower limbs of the subjects were restrained by TY-5 and TY-6 seat restraining legs, the upper body was fixed, the lower limbs of the subjects were pulled outwards by the ropes, Pain as the termination point, a total of 24 cases were measured. Outcomes complained of pain, the subject’s lower extremity tolerance of the abduction torque was 41.2 ~ 128.2Nm. The average outreach moments for the left and right leg were 81.4 Nm and 86.5 Nm, respectively. Conclusions The maximum force distance is generated at the restraining place of the leg restraint. The confinement points are less concentrated but the pilot is easily damaged. TY-5, TY-6 type seat leg cuffs should be removed metal parts, with soft parts instead. Leg cuffs are also best made of soft leather.
