在选用金相样品的抛光方法时,一般比较注重机械磨样产生的形变层对显示组织的影响。而对所用的各种抛光材料引起试样表面状态变化及对组织显示带来的影响往往注意不够。机械抛光用的抛光料品种繁多,常见的有金刚石抛光膏、MgO、Al_2O_3、Cr_2O_3或CrO_3+Fe_2O_3等。如果粒度选择适当,便可取得光洁度基本相同的磨片表面。但是,由于使用的抛光料不同,磨片表面的稳定龟位也相应发生变化。表1中数据是18Cr-8Ni不锈钢,用各种抛光料机械抛光后在10%H_2SO_4溶液中的稳定电位值。
In the choice of metallographic sample polishing method, the general emphasis on the mechanical deformation of the deformation layer on the display of tissue effects.
