一、前言油田在采油过程中要带出大量污水,经处理后再回注到油层中去,以稳定油田的压力。污水含有大量氯离子及其它侵蚀性离子,腐蚀处理设备。因而合理选材,具有重要意义。为此,我们将一些不同类型的不锈钢及镍基合金进行了现场挂片试验和试验室试验。本文就其中一部分材料耐点腐蚀的情况作一介绍。二、试验过程试验钢种的成份及热处理工艺列于表
