本文根据对日本新日铁,川崎制铁及住友金属三大钢铁公司所属五个钢铁厂的考察,简要介绍了日本现阶段具有代表性的面燃烧预混合型烧嘴(Pre—mix Burner)、多缝式烧嘴(Multi—Slit Burner)及线式烧嘴(Line Burner)等点火技术的概况及节能效果。
Based on the investigation of five steel mills owned by Japan’s Nippon Steel, Kawasaki Steel and Sumitomo Metal, this paper presents a brief introduction of the Pre-mix Burner at present in Japan, Multi-Slit Burner (Multi-Slit Burner) and Line Burner (Line Burner) and other ignition technology overview and energy-saving effect.
