随着电力行业改革的不断推进和深化,供电企业的党建工作面临着许多新情况、新挑战。如何在供电企业中充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用,调动广大企业员工的积极性和创造性,卓有成效地开展党建工作,这是当前企业党建工作的重要课题。企业党建工作开展得如何,直接关系到企业的安全、发展和稳定,直接关系到社会主义和谐社会的构建。文章论述了企业党建工作的重要性,并通过分析当前企业党建工作中存在的问题,提出了做好新时期企业党建工作的新思路。
