解决战略性新兴产业相关专业人才供需失配问题,是促进战略性新兴产业发展,提升战略性新兴产业相关专业人才培养质量及专业就业质量的关键。为全面了解战略性新兴产业相关专业人才供需变化及影响因素,对全国8个城市的1 000名大学生进行调查,结合IAD群体智力参与决策延伸模型对专业影响因素实证评估。结果显示:在就业层面,学生对战略性新兴产业相关专业的就业前景和就业形势持不乐观的态度居多,期望入职初期月薪为2500—3500元,多强调岗位福利待遇和工作环境舒适度,首选国营企业,倾向于北、上、广等大城市或留在求学地,需要通过就业指导讲座和就业指导课方式开展就业信息、就业形势与政策、面试技巧、职业规划辅导等就业服务内容。在需求层面,战略新兴产业企业人才需求规模多集中在25至50人区间,工资标准普遍偏低,提供基本福利待遇,劳动强度较大,对高层次复合型人才需求尤为迫切。在影响因素层面,就业形势、学生的专业认知度、专业课程设计、师资力量等因素共同影响战略性新兴产业相关专业建设,而就业外部环境对专业建设影响不明显。战略新兴产业发展需要与大学建构整合联结的专业人才培养对接策略,要转变就业观念意识,完善学生专业能力素质,连通专业与产业发展的人才实践培养通道,建立完善的专业建设保障实施机制,加强专业针对性就业服务建设和企业应担当应对战略性新兴产业人才发展的责任。
To solve the problem of supply and demand mismatch among professionals in strategic emerging industries, it is the key to promote the development of strategic emerging industries and enhance the quality of professional personnel training and professional employment in strategic emerging industries. In order to fully understand the changes of supply and demand of relevant professionals in strategic emerging industries and its influencing factors, 1,000 college students from 8 cities in China were surveyed, and the empirical evaluation of professional influencing factors was carried out based on the IAD group’s model of mental participation in decision-making extension. The results show that at the employment level, the students are not optimistic about the employment prospects and employment situation of the related industries in the strategic emerging industries. They expect that the monthly salary will be 2500-3500 yuan in the initial period of employment, and more emphasis is placed on the post welfare and working environment comfort. State-owned enterprises, which tend to be in the north, upper and middle cities, or stay in study places, need employment information, employment situation and policies, job interview skills, career planning and other employment services through employment guidance lectures and employment guidance courses. At the demand level, the demand for talent in strategic emerging industries is mostly concentrated in the range of 25-50. The wage standard is generally low, providing basic benefits and labor intensity. The demand for high-level compound talents is especially urgent. In terms of influencing factors, the employment situation, students’ professional awareness, professional curriculum design and faculty strength all affect the construction of related industries in strategic emerging industries. However, the employment external environment has no obvious effect on professional construction. The development of strategic emerging industries requires the integration of university professionals in the construction and integration of professionals training docking strategy, we must change awareness of employment concepts, improve the quality of students’ professional abilities, professional and industrial development talent training channels to establish and improve the professional construction and implementation of security mechanisms to strengthen Professional targeted employment service construction and enterprises should be responsible for the strategic development of emerging industries talent responsibility.
