近期,我们对北京市通州区经济开发区东区西区、光机电一体化产业基地、金桥科技园区、宋庄文化创意产业集聚区和通州商务园等进行了深入调研。通过座谈、交流、实地走访,对两地园区建设情况有了一定认识和了解。通州区的园区建设在区委、区政府的科学决策和正确领导下,园区产业发展有序,经济实力逐步壮大,基本形成了本区经济发展的主导。但在园区发展中仍然存在经济总量不足,产业结构不尽合理,基础设施不够完备,发展平台条件欠缺及资源利用良性不足等一系列问题。所以要推动通州区各类园区建设快速发展,应重点研究和解决以下几个问题,归纳起来就是:“定位、理念、环境、模式、服务”。
In the near future, we conducted an in-depth research on the western part of the Eastern District of Tongzhou District, Beijing, the mechatronics industrial base, the Jinqiao Science and Technology Park, the Songzhuang Cultural and Creative Industry Cluster and the Tongzhou Business Park. Through informal discussions, exchanges and field visits, we have got a certain understanding and understanding of the construction of the two parks. Therefore, to promote the rapid development of all kinds of parks in Tongzhou District, we should focus on researching and solving the following problems and summarizing them: “Positioning, Philosophy, Environment, Modes, and Services”.
