近年来流通领域兴起的改革浪潮表明,建立有效的动力或激励机制是国有商业企业改革实践的重要方面,而传统分配方式的变革则是为国有商业企业提供有效激励机制的必由之路。本文拟对当前我国商业企业机制转换中的工资分配问题展开初步探讨。一、确立国有商业企业新型分配机制的理论依据国有商业企业分配机制的转换是一个相互联系的系统工程,实施这一改革应有系统的理论指导。我们认为,建立国有商业企业新型的分配机制应当确立下述理论原则:
