非外伤性原因所致自发性脑内出血(ICH),50岁以上者发病率较高,常为高血压动脉硬化严重并发症。我院1987年8月至1988年8月共收治ICH36例,其中35岁以下青年人7例,报告如下。病历摘要例1 男,29岁,农民。夜间睡眠时,突然头痛,烦躁不安,呕吐,左侧肢体活动受限,继之昏迷。无高血压病史。发病11小时入院,昏迷,血压18.7/9.3kPa(140/70mmHg),心肺听诊(-),颈中度抵抗,左上下肢肌力0级,左侧巴彬斯基征(+),CT平扫示右侧丘脑后外侧出血,并破入脑室。当
