国企改革是近年来颇受争议的一个话题。美国前财长保尔森在博鳌论坛上指出,中国国企改革事关中国经济长期增长的成败,是中国面临的重大挑战之一。然而,改革国企绝不是消灭国企。无论东方还是西方,国企都是崛起中国家的支柱。在我国当前国有企业改革的“顶层设计”中,主要涉及分配问题、思路问题、垄断问题、效率问题和体制问题。
The reform of state-owned enterprises is a topic of controversy in recent years. Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson pointed out at the Boao Forum that the success or failure of the reform of China’s state-owned enterprises in China’s long-term economic growth is one of the major challenges China faces. However, the reform of state-owned enterprises is by no means to eliminate state-owned enterprises. Whether the East or the West, state-owned enterprises are the pillars of the rising Chinese nation. In the “top-level design” of the current state-owned enterprise reform in our country, it mainly deals with the distribution, the thinking, the monopoly, the efficiency and the system.
