球形晶体-短指综合症又叫圆型晶体-短型综合症,现将我院所见1例叙述如下,以供参考。张某女 12岁。1983年12月6日因双眼逐渐看不清东西8个月而来我院就诊。患者平素健康,父母非近亲结婚。其母比同年人稍矮小,体格健壮,颈短,指、趾不短,智力佳。有一兄一姐,姐外形与患者相似,但视力、智力均好,无病态。患者为第4胎足月顺产,母乳喂养,从小手抓东西不紧。体检:身体矮,健壮结实。身高119.5cm,体重23kg,胸围61cm。上肢从肩峰到中指尖长46cm。手长10cm,中指氏5.5cm,智力佳,四肢运动好,但关节运动少,行动迟缓。眼部情况:远视力:右眼,光感消失;左眼,手动/5cm。双眼睑(-),泪器(-),眼
