本文对采用金属避孕环避孕的9882例中失败的1245例进行分析,认为金属避孕环失败的原因主要与年龄、放环时间、子宫畸形、月经量过多及子宫颈口松驰等因素有关,并认为这些因素的影响经过主观的努力是可以减少的。近年来,宫内节育器已引起许多学者的关注。X线对金属避孕环的检查,国内文献已有不少报道,但对避孕失败原因的报道则不多。为此,本文就1245例避孕失败的受环者进行分析,对其原因作初步探讨。
