近年来,我国对非物质物质文化的传承制定了很多的政策,开展了一系列的维护措施。由于非物质文化遗产自身所具备的特点很难被保存和发展,所以对其传承和保护也没有付诸太多。民间美术是构成非物质文化遗产的关键成份,其所承接的文明和精神是一个民族最自然、最淳朴的表现,因此对民间美术的活态传承,应该作为文化事业来开拓。
In recent years, China has formulated many policies on the inheritance of the non-material material culture and carried out a series of maintenance measures. As the intangible cultural heritage possesses the characteristics of its own is difficult to be preserved and developed, so its heritage and protection are not put too much. Folk art is a key component of the intangible cultural heritage. The civilizations and spheres it undertakes are the most natural and simplest manifestation of a nation. Therefore, the living tradition of folk art should be exploited as a cultural undertaking.
