利用杉木11个亲本进行双列交配设计(含自交和反交),结果表明,对于8年生树木的树高、胸径、材积和木材比重这四个性状,都显示出近乎一致的遗传控制模式。一般配合力效应和母本效应十分显著,而特殊配合力效应、父本效应、特殊正反交效应则可以忽略。说明这些性状存在显著的加性遗传变异,同时也涉及显著的母体和(或)细胞质遗传现象。材积与木材比重之间未见有明显的遗传相关性存在。并就双列交配设计的分析模型以及配合力效应问题进行了讨论。
The results showed that the four tree traits of 8-year-old trees showed almost identical genetic control pattern for four traits, including tree height, DBH, timber volume and wood specific gravity . The general combining ability effect and the female parent effect are very significant, while the special combining ability effect, paternal effect and special reciprocal reciprocal effect can be neglected. Indicating significant additive genetic traits of these traits, as well as significant maternal and / or cytoplasmic genetic phenomena. No significant genetic correlation exists between volume and wood weight. The analysis model of double row mating design and the effect of combining ability were discussed.
