一是认识上的不足,容易导致形式主义。一些基层党组织和党员,把这次活动当作一般性的学习,例行公事。开个会念念文件,写几条标语,出几期板报,以为是学过了,学好了,其结果是走了过场。二是党员队伍老化,党员居住分散,外出流动党员多,容易使学习出现死角死面。三是学习方法的简单化,容易造成学习效果不明显。有些单位在实际学习中,单纯念念书本,读读报纸,让人感到枯燥无味,往往收不到好的效果。四是工学矛盾解决不好,容易相互影响。一些工厂、企业和农村,由于生产任务紧,安排学习有困难,出现工学矛盾。处理不好,要么影响生产,要么影响学习。
