很多企业的绩效管理,从设计到操作,运行中很繁琐,且经常增加操作项,补漏洞,积累下来越做越复杂。每月投入大量人力时间维护运行,但还是磕磕绊绊,效果也不理想,甚至最终流于形式,做“死”了。如何简化绩效管理,使之既专业简便,又实用有效,成为企业界及管理学界越来越关注的命题。因此,“极简主义绩效”应运而生。什么是极简主义绩效?极简主义绩效,可以概括为几个特征:理念极简、设计极简、操作极简、信息化、摆脱对专业的依赖。
