中国古生物学会第十一次全国会员代表大会暨第27届学术年会于2013年11月15~17日在被誉为“中国恐龙之乡”的浙江东阳召开。来自全国各地高等院校、科研院所、能源与地质勘探和生产部门,博物馆、地质公园、化石保护以及出版等行业和美国、乌克兰和香港地区的近八十个单位四百五十多名专家学者、科技工作者和研究生代表等参加了这次年会。会议由中国古生物学会主办,中国科学院南京地质古生物研究所、浙江自然博物馆和东阳市人民政府承办。
The Eleventh National Congress of the Chinese Society of Paleontology and the 27th Annual Conference were held on November 15-17, 2013 in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province, which is reputed as “the hometown of Chinese dinosaurs”. More than 450 experts from nearly 80 units in universities, research institutes, energy and geological exploration and production departments, museums, geoparks, fossil protection and publishing industries across the country and in the United States, Ukraine and Hong Kong Scholars, scientists and graduate students attended the conference. The conference was sponsored by the Chinese Society of Paleontology, undertaken by Nanjing Institute of Geology and Palaeontology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhejiang Nature Museum and Dongyang Municipal People’s Government.
