高铝锌合金凝固过程中比重偏析严重。结合通用软件phoen.ics建立了两相流凝固模型,并在三维柱状坐标系中建模,用有限差分法进行离散。该凝固模型能较好地解决凝固过程中的对流现象,能够模拟比重偏析现象。
The proportion of high aluminum-zinc alloy solidification segregation serious. Combined with the common software phoen.ics, a two-phase flow solidification model was established and modeled in a three-dimensional cylindrical coordinate system and discretized by finite difference method. The solidification model can better solve the convection phenomenon in the solidification process and can simulate the phenomenon of specific gravity segregation.
