用经处理贮藏过的三叶赤楠种子,3-4月利用混拌基质作苗床,温水催芽播种,5~6月份当苗高达10~15cm左右时,用12cm×10cm小容器为栽体,用配方基质,3株并栽,经5-6个月培育,苗高达15~20cm,冠幅达10cm左右就可出圃,产苗量4.8万~5万株/667m2。三叶赤楠因其叶色常绿,植株矮小,移栽成活率高,为优良的彩叶色块拼图绿化品种之一,应用前景广阔。
